Burning lavender. A little fatty in texture like Millionaires shortbread. New shoes.

Palate

Apple vinegar, soapy and bitter notes. It feels as if it hasn’t taken much sweetness from the cask, and has little fruitiness.

Finish

Hot at first, then bitter to finish.
