Nose

Broad, mature and complex. Caraway, unripe mango, toffee. Some old Bourbon-like notes alongside raisin, liquorice and clootie dumpling.

Palate

Dense and sweet with light peated notes, hard toffee, stewed fruits, quite grippy (old?) with antique shop character, undergrowth. Moves into deep raisined fruits, spiced cake.

Finish

Dry and nutty.
