Tasting Notes

Nose

Like an overripe tropical fruit bowl, just on the turn: bananas, a waft of mango, papaya and pineapple. Sliced red apple with a slightly brown tinge and hard bitter caramel.

Palate

The tropical notes are superb, vibrant and fresh. Passion fruit, creamy banana, anise dusted kiwi and fresh green apples - it's like a 'before and after' when compared to the nose. Water brings out a woody liquorice root note, followed by vanilla and c

Finish

Orange barley sugar sweets, lemon bonbons. Red liquorice laces. Like opening a pack of Haribo sweets. Heavy on the fruit side of life, a big bowl of tropical fruits. Toffee apples.

Comment

That sweet fruit note persists. Mango coulis, more runny honey, peaches and cream. It has an almost liqueur like cling to the palate. Vanilla and nutmeg.
