Nose

A strange combination of polystyrene, pea pods and perfume appear at the same time, followed by a note of flat root beer. Water makes things more orderly allowing a soft floral character to develop along with more solidity.

Palate

Fresh with a little charred quality. Tightly focused, with candied citrus\rsweets and a little vanilla.

Finish

Soft if a little short.
