Nose
A Chinese takeaway – sweet 'n' sour, hoisin duck, spring onion, prawn crackers, starchy white rice. Charred oranges, oak shavings, salt and some red chilli. Prickly alcohol.
Palate
A chewy, plasticky palate that boasts some of that five-spice, sweet 'n' sour, alongside cheap, chalky milk chocolate, bitter pink grapefruit and chocolate sponge pudding. Embers in the fireplace smoulder.
Finish
Chocolate with tingly, dried chilli flakes.
