Tasting Notes

Nose

Lots of luscious wood on show here. Cocoa butter, hazelnut, nutmeg, tablet. Behind the sweetness is raspberry and toasted marshmallow.

Palate

Similar to the nose. Water gives it a smooth creaminess. Big, generous and broad with rich silky tropical fruitiness.

Finish

Long. Silky.

Comment

Very smooth, but lacking definition due to the length of time in a very active cask.
