Nose

Piña coladas, kiwis and Peychaud bitters all wrapped up in a blanket of apple liquorice. Hot sandalwood, toasted cardamom seeds and freshness coming from notes of cucumber and eucalyptus too.

Palate

The cardamom comes straight through on the palate followed by toasted sage, rosemary, sea salt and brioche buns. Light juiciness comes from soft baked red apples and pineapple cubes.

Finish

Short, fresh and light too.
