Nose

Toasted pistachio, marshmallows and foam bananas, with just a hint of white pepper. Notes of cut grass are followed by baked green apples and vanilla custard.

Palate

White pepper dominates and there’s a gorgeous balance of orchard fruits, wood polish, pine cones and mixed herbs.

Finish

A chalky texture lengthens the finish with fresh herbal notes, pistachio and pear skin.
