Palate

Smooth and round. Sweet and fruity. Touch of blackcurran tand apples cooked in a honeyed syrup. Dries out on a gingery note.

Finish

Short but clean.

Comment

Well put together. Oak is well integrated. Deserves paying attention. To be paired with a dry ewe cheese like amanchego.
