Nose

Earthy notes of wet fallen leaves in Autumn with old copper and old oak. A hint of arnica gives some life to these deep aromas.

Palate

Pine and figs are apparent on the palate with the sort of botanical tones one would usually find in a spa.

Finish

Chocolate sponge cake with a side of vanilla custard, served on an old oak plate. A strange old dram.

Comment

Like a picnic in the woods but at the wrong time of year.
