Nose

Sweet menthol, like peppermint candy canes or mint cookies, with a nutty, earthy breadiness, gingerbread, freshly baked croissants and light caramel.

Palate

Peppermint again, more mint cookies. Apple pie with warm caramel sauce and ice cream sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts, cinnamon and ginger spice to keep the tongue buzzing. There’s a grassy element too.
