Nose

Very fresh and outdoors-y. Pear drops and beeswax, fresh-cut grass and apple squash. Cut flower stems and lily, gentian liqueur and some elderflower.

Palate

Zingy. Lemon sherbet and rice paper, a bit like a flying saucer sweet. Lipton iced tea with honey, honeydew melon too.

Finish

Short and sweet, with more sherbet.
