Nose
Liquorice blackcurrants with a hint of menthol too, alongside toasted oak and baking spice.
Palate
hings become richer, with red bramble fruits and black cherries, while wine gums retain that candied quality from the nose. The oak keeps things grounded and adds a touch of spice with nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Finish
Oaky and dry.
Comment
Forest walks should always be accompanied by a bag of blackcurrant sweeties in my opinion.
