Nose

Almond blossom, lemon cake, and wax make for a generous nose here.

Palate

Flavours build gradually starting with a grassy note, before slightly floral lavender, then a touch of blackberry before honey and a lasting note of lemon and poppyseed cake.

Finish

Medium length and soft wood tannin.

Comment

Quite a luscious wee dram. Needs a little time in the glass but delightful as it sits.
