Nose

Initially Terry’s Chocolate Orange and pine sap, then some caraway and sea salt.

Palate

This becomes surprisingly floral on the palate to start — roses in particular, fresh ones. Then there’s a characteristic rye bread note, before orange peel, cinnamon, banana, and freshly sawn wood.

Finish

Quite lengthy with lots of richness at the back of the palate and a hint of that floral note.

Really captivated by this one — it was bright, fresh, and floral but had a solid backbone.
