Nose

Maturity in immediate evidence. Plenty of leather oil alongside scented grassiness, dried apple and subtle smoke. As it develops there’s fruit peelings, peppermint, a hint of lavender/lilac.

Palate

More smoke, but in a relaxed fashion rather than being overpowering. Citrus before the smoke returns.

Finish

Peppery and vibrant.
