Nose

Herbal tones of peppermint, pinenuts and sautéed red cabbage followed by hot white chocolate, whipped cream and marshmallows with a little honeycomb.

Palate

Straight away it’s like chewing on a fruit 'n' nut bar but soon after there is peach yoghurt, orange marmalade, liquorice and some barbequed sweetcorn.

Finish

A buttery texture concluding with those initial herbal characteristics that appeared on the nose.
