Nose

Fresh and fragrant. Green apple, nettle, green grass, it's a Sauvignon Blanc! Creamier and more floral with water.

Palate

Delicate and sweet with some lime. Those floral notes are more apparent. Drier with water. A hugely pleasing aperitif. Try chilled.

Finish

Blossom fresh. Scented stocks and jasmine.

Amazingly good for its age. Great spirit. This is one to watch.
