Nose

Peach melba, pear drop, and subtle sour apple candy. Chocolate digestive biscuit and instant coffee with oat milk. Then nutmeg, desiccated coconut, white chocolate, and fresh mint tea.

Palate

Medium bodied. Juicy pear, apple, ginger, and agave syrup initially, then some bready malt notes, like banana bread. Mint humbug and a little tropical fruit juice. An ashy hint at the back.

Finish

Medium. On woody spice and raw sweet pastry dough.

Comment

A drop of water gives those fruit notes a nice lift.
