Nose

Sweet baked red apples, toffee, and some banana foams make for a welcoming nose. It’s very sweet and almost smells thick.

Palate

Loads of fruit — again, baked apples, but also blackcurrants and their stems, banana toffee pie, and finally some gooseberries. There’s a touch of Parma Violets but nothing offensive.

Finish

Soft but still makes itself known without overwhelming with heat or overt spice.
