Nose
Fragrant. Fruity. Ripe apricots. Poached peaches in a vanilla syrup. In time more fruit, slightly sour like rhubarb and strawberries. Oak is intertwined with fruit and toffee. Elegant and complex. There is also a light floral touch.
Palate
A lovely silky feel. Sweet fruit followed by a sherbet spiciness. Stewed apples.
Finish
Dry, spicy with a delicate nutty aftertaste.
