Nose

Wonderfully aromatic: lots of fresh fruits — strawberries and cream, and soft mango — then a touch of meadow honey, before warming, ashy smoke.

Palate

A great coastal feel here, with sea salt and embery smoke, before honeycomb, wax, and cotton candy. With water, a touch grassier and smokier, with lots of lemon peel added into the mix.

Finish

Long lasting, with nice smoke trailing over the tongue long after the last sip.
