Nose

A little lactic note like lemony cream cheese that fades. Scotch pancakes and almond butter. Old-fashioned steamed pudding. Orange and lemon rooibos tea, caramel sauce, and polished wood.

Palate

Light-medium bodied. Gentle ripe orchard fruit notes with floral honeysuckle. More of the citrussy tea. Golden syrup and porridge spiked with cinnamon, vanilla, and clove. Coconut cream.

Finish

Medium. Gentle tannins play with continuing citrus notes. Parting whisper of tobacco.
