Nose

Quite reserved at first. As it opens up, sticky toffee pudding, medjool date and milk chocolate ice cream emerge. Raspberry and meringue, too.

Palate

Very light. Delightful stewed fruits – plum, pear and apple – with cinnamon and brown sugar. Caramel biscuit notes develop into almond biscotti. Coffee with condensed milk too.

Finish

Medium length, with a distinctive coffee cream milk chocolate character to it.
