Nose
Powdered sugar, grapefruit zest, ripe melon, stewed plums and sugared almonds, clementine flesh and freshly grated nutmeg.
Palate
Big fruity notes of melon, mango, apricot, ripe peach flesh and then lots of powdery spices including ground ginger, nutmeg and Szechuan pepper.
Finish
Dried chilli powder and white pepper prickle give way to drying tannins.
Comment
Lovely. Really nuanced spice with a luscious, fruity core as well.
