Nose

Apple crumble with cinnamon and nutmeg, honey-soaked apricots, roasted peach and nectarine, freshly split vanilla pods and sugared almonds.

Palate

Crisp green apple tarte tartin, fresh oak, damson jam, ripe plums, then dark chocolate and floral Turkish delight.

Finish

Fulsome orchard fruits and cinnamon spice too.

Comment

Like a celebration of orchard fruits with hints of deep floral notes. Delicious.
