Nose

This is all bitter coffee grounds and walnut whips.Australian sherry, heavily oxidised notes,but then a\rsurprising lift of raspberry.

Palate

This is like diving headfirst into a pile of leaves and emerging with a mouthful of twigs and earth. There's some marzipan and sultana,but not for me.

Finish

Tight.
