Nose
Coffee. Shoe polish. Figs, prune and strawberry. Oily and resinous. Deep with an off-dry savoury sweetness. With water balsamic. Big and sherried but has promise.
Palate
Big and very bitter. Burning autumn bonfire. Chestnut, then the shoe polish returns. Water makes it even more grippy.
Finish
Bitter.
