Lifted,with bready/yeasty notes. Malt extract. A distinct maltiness as well as hazelnut dryness though there's a creamy and rounded quality. Brass and turned earth
Palate
Sweet and malty with a lightly perfumed character. Sage,preserved lemon. Chewy feel and light grip. This also loses some character with water.
Finish
Bread and butter pudding.
