Nose
Intense honey over baked apple. Plump sultanas, greengage and Mirabelle plum. Masses of Autumnal fruits. Butterscotch and vanilla fudge with cardamon.
Palate
Lovely texture like molten honey and toffee sauce. Red pear and glazed baked apples. Cedar wood shavings.
Finish
Sensationally silky and lingering.
Comment
