Nose

Soft peaches and a little dusty hay before cream and golden syrup. There’s a sweet freshness to this that makes me want to keep nosing it.

Palate

A touch woody, with lots of citrus — orange blossom and lemon peel. There’s some vanilla bean and white sponge cake, and it’s more robust than expected from the nose.

Finish

A good bit of spice alongside nutty character.

Warming and bolder on palate than initially anticipated with a slightly shorter finish.
