Nose

Liquorice Allsorts, fresh fennel, and a little cardamom. Then apple slices with almond butter and iced coffee with vanilla syrup, fresh lemon peel and zesty oils, and iced gems.

Palate

Medium. Toffee apple, brioche bread and butter pudding, lemon zest (verging on lemon curd), orange chocolate, and ground cinnamon.

Finish

Medium. Pears and apples in fruit cocktail syrup and a little hot chocolate powder.

Comment

Its lightness and fruitiness would lend it well to a highball.
