Nose

Pineapples and cream, some orange peel and blossom honey with a little waxiness as the whisky sits in the glass.

Palate

Lots of fruit here — mango and pineapple, honey and cream. A bit of spice too, some cinnamon and a bit of warming peppercorns, more in the floral pink realm than black.

Finish

Medium length, nice fruit and spice.

Comment

Delicious whisky — could have had a bit more oomph on the finish but I kept going back for another sip.
