Nose
Freshly torched crème brûlées followed by notes of strawberry yoghurt, pecan pralines and rhubarb. An essence of lemon washing-up liquid swipes over everything else and dominates.
Palate
Baked rhubarb, soya milk and New York cheesecake are topped off with roasted hazelnuts, pine wood shavings and aloe vera.
Finish
Super earthy and minty with lemon drops added into the mix. Short and abrupt.
Comment
One big chocolate hazelnut boulder rolling around the bottom of the garden in autumn.
