Nose

Cheese, Gromit? A nose of full of Wensleydale, cranberries and digestives at the forefront with dried apricots, strawberry laces and banana skin taking to the stage once water is added.

Palate

Well that was unexpected. All the fruits are overtaken with notes of toasted almonds, sage, cloves and nectar honey creating a spicy and floral palate.

Finish

Long finish, with a creamy texture.
