Tasting Notes

Nose

Opening your granny’s cupboard... you know the one (insert distinctive muskiness). Damp leaves, sautéed cabbage and polo mints. Wisps of sweetness develop with Battenberg cake, whipped cream and treacle.

Palate

Pancakes and crispy bacon smothered with maple syrup with a side of asparagus and hollandaise. Earthy notes surface with leather, wet bark, boiled carrots and fresh sage.

Finish

Short in finish with a subtle creamy consistency.

Comment

Ever licked a maple tree in the rain? Well this’ll do it.
