Nose

Peaches, apricots and raisins covering a warm bread and butter pudding. Dark chocolate covered coffee beans, almond flakes and crushed pistachio shells start to overpower the rich fruits.

Palate

Stewed fruits and sour plums, bitter coffee and damp leather overpowers the juicy fruits that appeared on the nose. Cream of mushroom soup and hints of parmesan.

Finish

A short finish with a very sour and bitter consistency.
