Nose

Feel the burn. You need water to be able to get your nose in there. Pencil rubber, lemon peel and sea grass… it seems a little astringent.

Palate

Rubber is in there, but the heart of this is sweet and spicy – namely vanilla and cinnamon, along with tart Cox apple. Bit of a numbing cinnamon and aniseed bomb on the finish. Big Red chewing gum, anyone?

Finish

Once the numbness has died down, you’re left with sweet
