Nose

Acorn and musty forest-floor notes. Hints of leather and candle wax. Demerara sugar. Dusty florals, rose and lavender. Flaky pastry, blackcurrant and apricot jams, orange oil, and dried mint.

Palate

Light-medium. Fresh pineapple. A little like baclava, with buttery pastry, pistachio, honey, and gentle rosewater. Apricot-jam glaze on chocolate cake. Nutty coffee bean and digestive biscuit.

Finish

Medium, on pineapple.
