Nose

Crumbly peppermints and cut grass. Toasted oats and flapjacks with raisins, white chocolate and cherries in kirsch, liqueur chocolate box wrappers and biscotti in balsam boxes.

Palate

Cherry pie and blackberry jam. Blackcurrant Chewitt sweets, parma violets, apple doughnuts and coffee syrup.

Finish

Lingering violets and jamminess with gorgeous oak tannins.

Fantastic. So much going on with it that it just keeps on giving. Exciting, balanced and delicious.
