Nose

Toasted, caramelised. Black banana, spices. Rich, soft and liquorous. Candied fruits and a hint of fresh mushroom. Delicious.

Palate

Good balance between sweet, spicy and bitter (cherry) notes. Menthol/basil/anise.

Finish

Banana chips. Cocoa.

Comment

Go easy on the bitters when making an old fashioned. A good solid package.
