Tasting Notes

Nose

Malty and oaky. Brown bread. Opening on fruit notes. Peaches in tin. Gingerbread. Cinnamon stick.

Palate

Sweet at first. Followed by a spicy outburst. Treacle, demerara sugar, vanilla syrup, ginger and cinnamon.

Finish

Dry and spicy. Warm.

Comment

A spicy character. The high strength is not easy to master. Water tones it down but it also takes some of the flavours off.
