Nose

Floral and aromatic for an Island whisky with lavender oil, jasmine soap, freshly cut cucumbers and cardamom seeds. Wisps of sea salt chocolate and baked coconuts.

Palate

Nutty spices come to the forefront of the palate with roasted hazelnuts, cayenne pepper, hot sandalwood and barbequed charcoal. Dirty oil, polished mahogany and blackcurrant crumble.

Finish

Hot and peaty with an oily consistency.
