Nose

Pickled onion, engine oil and oak, bacon smoke and a hint of peroxide. Then sweet, medicinal notes of cherry cough sweets.

Palate

Earthy notes and oak give way to sweet red cherries in syrup and stewed apple.

Finish

Apple core sweetness leading in to puckering freshly ground nutmeg spice.

Comment

A little disjointed, but enjoyable, nonetheless.
