Nose
Sweet barbecued pork ribs. Crispy seaweed, the Chinese-takeaway kind, and salty lentil chips. Plum sauce. Subtle notes of iodine and earthy moss. Cacao nibs, mascarpone, and smoky vanilla.
Palate
Light-medium. Toasted marshmallow and caramel sauce. Hints of iodine and fabric plaster. More barbecued ribs with subtle anise-like herbal notes. Syrupy tinned peaches and baked apricot.
Finish
Medium-long, on mossy peat and fruit-cocktail syrup.
