Nose

Crisp and floral with cedar and wood ash/dead BBQ. Once again an almost wheat-like dusty sweetness. Slightly unripe (green banana, floral) and immature.

Palate

A very bright start, crisp, clean and gingery/japaleno. Then becomes a little too sweet: flat Irn-Bru and bubblegum.

Finish

Rather short. Dilute.

All front loaded, but doesn't deliver all the way through.
