Nose

An almost pink hue makes this stand out in the glass. The nose has notes of crème caramel, roses, honeysuckle, and Turkish Delight.

Palate

Very delicate on the palate at first — broadens as the sip continues. Lots of light toffee, then Squashies sweets, a touch of rubber, and some pink peppercorns.

Finish

Mildly spicy at back of throat, with a lingering oak note.

Comment

Pleasant and intriguing, though wanted a little more oomph on the palate.
