Nose

Bright fruits and honey, oranges, and lemon zest, then some cola cubes and almonds.

Palate

Lots of citrus again here on the palate but this time it’s more cooked down, like marmalade. There’s some oak and a touch of vanilla but it remains vibrant.

Finish

Long and zesty with a nice balance of sweetness and spice.

A very breakfast-y dram — one to have beside a big bowl of porridge!
