Nose

An intriguing mix of stewed chamomile tea, last night’s olbas oil tissue, Edinburgh rock and Tunnock’s teacakes. After notes of lime and mint cheesecake and old worn leather boots.

Palate

Sugar coated almonds, sour plums and raspberry jelly babies with hints of hot lemon meringue pie and plasticine. Freshly baked croissants dipped in balsamic and olive oil.

Finish

Subtle hints of salted butter within an otherwise balanced.
