Tasting Notes

Nose

Afternoon tea with sugar dusted Victoria sponges, lemon tarts and cucumber sandwiches. Juicy artificial fruity notes with foam bananas and polo fruits with earthy undertones too.

Palate

Heather honey, salted cookie dough and lemon curd on burnt toast followed by bursts of brambles, raspberry syrup and lavender.

Finish

A buttery consistency dries the palate and lengthens the finish.

Comment

The perfect afternoon tea. Sweet. Savoury. Just like that guilty lick of the cake covered knife.
